A romantic rural hideaway for two. One of the things we love most about Lofty is its private garden terrace. You can sit and enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, read a book in the afternoon or settle down with a glass of wine as the day draws to a close.

It feels wonderfully tucked away while still being close to everything Lyme Regis has to offer. Spend your days exploring the coast and your evenings enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside.
The accommodation has a separate bedroom, comfortable living space and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for anything from a short coastal break to a longer holiday. The characterful sloping ceilings add to its charm. And then there’s the bath…

The bedroom has a wonderfully comfortable king-size bed and a sumptuous double-ended bath - perfect for a long soak after a day walking the coast. There’s also a separate shower room.

With a relaxed nautical feel, Lofty Hayes combines bespoke carpentry and thoughtful touches with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It occupies the entire loft space of our converted stone barn, with cosy sloping ceilings and a lovely feeling of space with French doors leading to a private garden terrace.
Cook, relax, stay awhile
From the kitchen window, you can look across our pretty courtyard garden and hear the gentle sound of the fountain. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need for self-catering, including induction hob, table top oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, slow cooker and pizza oven. There’s also a dishwasher, making it easy to enjoy a leisurely meal without worrying about the washing-up.

Although Lofty Hayes is self-catering, we’ll leave you a few essentials to get you started. You’ll find fresh free-range eggs, tea, coffee and milk waiting for you.
